Omaha Sister Cities Association (OSCA)
OSCA was organized in 1965 by a group of Omaha business leaders and the Mayor's office. OSCA is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization, affiliated with Sister Cities International.
Throughout its history, the organization has grown from one sister city to six:
OSCA is part of Sister Cities International, whose mission is to promote peace through mutual respect, understanding and cooperation...one individual, one community at a time.
